2. Education. To apply for junior high school teachers, the academic qualifications should reach the undergraduate level or above in ordinary colleges and universities. Those who apply for Chinese and mathematics in primary schools must have a bachelor's degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities; To declare other subjects in primary schools, the academic qualifications should reach the professional level of teachers in ordinary colleges and universities and above.

3. Physical condition. It meets the requirements of physical examination standards for teachers in Heilongjiang province, has good physical and psychological quality, has no history of infectious diseases and mental illness, and meets the needs of education and teaching.

4. Education and teaching ability conditions. Have the necessary ability and quality to engage in education and teaching, initially master and apply the basic theories and skills of education and teaching, and basically be competent for the education and teaching required by the recruitment position.

5. Not more than 30 years old.

Restrictive conditions. Therefore, this year's recruitment of special post teachers will not take the teacher qualification certificate as a restrictive condition, but they must obtain the teacher qualification certificate during the service period, otherwise they will not be hired after the expiration. The registration subject is subject to the teacher qualification certificate or the major studied.

Treatment of special post teachers

1. Teachers in special posts are subject to contract management, and the county-level personnel and education administrative departments sign employment contracts with teachers, clearly stipulating the rights and obligations of both parties. 2. During the three-year employment period, the county-level education administrative department is responsible for the management and assessment of special post teachers. The evaluation is conducted once a year.

3, for outstanding achievements, outstanding performance of the ad hoc post teachers, to be commended; Those who fail to perform their obligations according to the requirements of the contract should be criticized and educated in time to urge them to correct; Those who are not suitable for continuing to work as teachers should be dismissed according to the contract, and the relevant welfare benefits enjoyed by them should be cancelled accordingly.

4. During the employment period, special post teachers can stay in their original residence or move to the cities and counties where they are employed according to their wishes; The archival relationship is transferred to the education administrative department of the city or county where the school is located.
