Now I feel that I have chosen the right boss and the right company, so I am full and satisfied every day. As the saying goes, if a train wants to run fast, it depends on the front of the car. That's right. Without a developing leader and an excellent leader, everything else is useless. We are like a member of this train, and the front of the train plays the biggest role in it. This is a factory that produces flat motors. This is my first time as a clerk in a factory. Everything is nothing to me. During the interview, I told my boss about the situation. The boss was very kind and only said to me: If you are willing to learn, there is nothing you can't do! I don't feel at all that he doesn't like me. He walked around during the interview! Very happy interview, I don't think this interview is rude, on the contrary, I value this job very much!

Actually, when I came to work, I really didn't know anything. Slowly, he taught me this and that kind of work. Although it looks a bit like a handyman, I don't care at all, because I know that if you want to build a tall building, you have to start from the bottom!

My goal is to become an independent person in the company, so I must be familiar with the current company structure, company business, company products and so on, so this is my future work direction and goal. With a good goal, I can slowly move from a documentary clerk to a business direction! It's not that I change my work project without a goal, but that I guide my goals and directions step by step. Only in this way can we determine the direction of our work objectives and work hard in this direction.

Company leaders are so kind not only to me as an employee, but also to every employee in the factory! All the opinions put forward by employees will be solved by the leaders in the first time, so: the company is very United, which is more conducive to solving the problems that arise, so as to better create a high-quality working environment and working atmosphere for everyone; In order to enhance the competitiveness of the company, let the company better serve every employee.

Every week, employees have a dinner, and we are all like a family. At noon, we eat KFC and fruit together. Leaders and employees are not divided into bosses and workers. I have worked for so many years, and this is the first time I have met such a good leader! Bosses who can think from the perspective of employees are really rare, so our group is a happy, motivated and positive team! Perhaps this is the reason why his factory is getting better and bigger! Many bosses have ordered motors from him. In fact, those bosses who order motors from him are not only because of the good quality of his products, but also because he is frank, sincere and hearty.

Finally, the environmental impact.

Choosing a good working environment will only make you more motivated. As the saying goes, people close to Mexico are close to Zhu Zhechi. Sometimes, we may find that when eating in high-end hotels or restaurants, everyone will put food scraps on the table or in the trash can, and no one will smoke. Then when you switch to some roadside stalls, you will make a lot of noise, throw rubbish everywhere and smoke more, so the environment will affect many people.

My boss always told me that I was lucky to meet someone who didn't care, didn't complain and was willing to learn, but I thanked him countless times in my heart. In fact, I am the luckiest one! I wish such a boss, such a company, and the employees here are getting better and better and stronger! We worked together without caring or complaining.
