(10) Applicants are not allowed to apply for the exam, which will constitute the recruitment position in avoidance relationship as stipulated in Article 32 of the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Hunan Province. Applicants who have a husband-and-wife relationship, direct or collateral blood relationship within three generations (including fictitious blood relationship) and close marriage relationship with the person in charge of the employer are not allowed to apply for secretarial, personnel organization, finance, auditing, discipline inspection and supervision positions of the unit.
