Internal organizations of Xiyang County Education Bureau

Based on the above responsibilities, the County Education Bureau has 8 internal agencies.

(1) Office

Responsible for the daily operation of documents, conference affairs, confidentiality, archives, finance, assets and other agencies, as well as government affairs disclosure, news releases, letters and visits, security and confidentiality, Government emergency and other work.

(2) The Human Resources Department

is responsible for the work of teachers in the county and organizes and implements the teacher qualification system. Strengthen the overall coordination, planning, and management of the work of primary and secondary school teachers in the county, and perform the qualifications, recruitment, job evaluation, assessment, rewards and punishments, adjustment and mobility of primary and secondary school teachers, and cadre appointment and removal, assessment, and management in accordance with the law. Responsible for the construction of talent teams in the education system. Responsible for employment guidance and services for college graduates.

(3) Planning and Finance Unit

Formulate the county’s education development plan; formulate enrollment plans for various schools at all levels; undertake the statistics, analysis and release of educational information; participate in the formulation Education fund raising, education appropriation, and student aid policies; responsible for statistics on the county’s education fund investment, supervising and managing the county’s investment and use of education funds; participating in the management of funds for the compulsory education guarantee mechanism and related education special funds; responsible for the education department Budget and final accounts; responsible for the internal audit work of the county's education system; responsible for the management of state-owned assets of the education system; responsible for the county's educational infrastructure and school building maintenance and renovation; supervise and implement the standardization construction of all types of schools at all levels.

(4) Education Unit

Responsible for the management of compulsory education, high school education, and early childhood education, and work with relevant departments to propose policies and measures to strengthen rural compulsory education. Formulate goals and policies to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, and propose policies and measures to ensure that all types of students receive equal access to compulsory education; be responsible for implementing compulsory education standards, standardize compulsory education school operations, and promote education and teaching reform; formulate plans for general high school education, early childhood education development policies and basic teaching documents of basic education; guide the education and teaching management of private ordinary primary and secondary schools; manage the use of textbooks in primary and secondary schools in the county, organize the implementation of local textbooks; guide the development of school-based textbooks in primary and secondary schools in the county, and promote the reform of basic education curriculum; Guide the informatization of teaching in primary and secondary schools, equipping libraries and experimental equipment; undertake the management of compulsory education and ordinary high school students’ academic status and academic qualifications; guide the work of physical education, health and health education, art education, and national defense education in primary and secondary schools; organize and coordinate the participation of primary and secondary school students Sports competitions and art exchange activities; guiding military training in primary and secondary schools.

(5) Vocational and Attendance Unit

(6) Teacher Training Unit
