First, the guiding ideology

Based on the principle of "integrating resources, strengthening management, and building the core competitiveness of the school", we should take famous teachers as the guide, curriculum as the link, and "famous teacher studio" as the carrier, give full play to the role of famous teachers in demonstration, guidance and radiation in education and teaching, form a high-level backbone teacher team and expert teacher research group with famous teachers as the core, innovate the growth and training mechanism of outstanding educational talents, promote the construction of kindergarten teachers, and promote the better and faster development of kindergarten education.

Second, the work objectives

Starting from 20xx, the kindergarten will set up a "famous teacher studio", formulate and improve the management system of famous teachers and famous teacher studios, build a new platform conducive to the professional development of backbone teachers, build a first-class teacher team, and turn the famous teacher studio into a research platform, a growth demonstration, a cohesive core and a radiation window.

Third, the nature of the famous teacher studio

The famous teacher studio is an academic organization that conducts educational and teaching research and practice under the leadership of famous teachers with noble morality and exquisite business. Named after the chief teacher's name or professional characteristics to attract outstanding teachers in the same field to participate in the research.

It is an exchange platform with advanced educational concepts, focusing on subject research and learning from each other. It is a cooperative institution, which extends and supplements the related functions of teacher training institutions and educational and scientific research institutions. Its main task is to train young backbone teachers and promote their professional development; Carry out research on key issues of education and teaching to lead the healthy development of subject teaching.

Fourth, establish a famous teacher studio.

The establishment of 1 requires that the famous teacher studio be located in the school where the chief teacher is located in principle, and be recognized and awarded by the county education bureau.

Three years is a work cycle, the chief teacher responsibility system is implemented, and 2-3 famous teachers are hired to cooperate with the county to recruit 4-6 students. Each master studio is led by 1 chief master. The studio is generally named after the chief teacher's name (or professional characteristics) and reported to the county famous teacher work office for review and filing. The chief teacher of each famous teacher studio can hire 2-3 famous teachers at or above the county level (including provincial special-grade teachers) or key teachers of provinces and cities in the same subject field as famous teachers according to the needs, and report them to the county famous teacher work office for approval. Each famous teacher studio sends 4-6 backbone teachers at or above the county level to participate in the training; The number of students in our school shall not exceed 1/3 (individual remote schools shall not exceed 1/2), and rural schools must have students.

2. Selection conditions (1) Chief teacher conditions

Love education, can be called a model of teachers' morality, a model of educating people, an expert in teaching and scientific research.

(2) With high theoretical literacy, advanced educational ideas and reform and innovation consciousness, distinctive educational style or teaching characteristics, outstanding performance, and high reputation in the discipline field of the county and even the whole city.

(3) Have strong educational research and teaching practice ability, and be able to organize, train and guide key teachers to carry out subject research. Have a solid and steady work style of integrating theory with practice and seeking truth from facts.

(4) In recent years, he has presided over or participated in at least 1 scientific research projects at or above the county level, published 2 papers in official journals at or above the provincial level, and won the first prize of educational, teaching and scientific research achievements at or above the municipal level in recent three years.

⑤ A famous teacher who is a special-grade teacher, a famous city teacher, an excellent (backbone) teacher at or above the municipal level or a famous teacher in Gutian County, and is still working in the front line of school education and teaching.

⑥ Be in good health, have basic information technology knowledge and network operation ability, and be no more than 50 years old in principle.

(2) Students who apply to participate in the learning conditions of the famous teacher's studio should be middle school teachers with high professional ethics, self-development requirements and training potential in the corresponding disciplines, and confirmed by examination.

3. The scheme of establishing a famous teacher studio

The selection of the chief teacher is carried out in strict accordance with the procedures of individual application, school recommendation, qualification examination, expert evaluation, examination and approval by the leading group of county teachers' work, and issuance of licenses, and it is announced to the whole park. Based on the principle of pilot first and then promotion, according to the actual situation, the kindergarten determines the chief teacher of the famous teacher studio in batches and sets up the famous teacher studio in the kindergarten of Normal University in batches. In 20xx, the whole park plans to set up the first batch of master studios in 1-2. In the future, some master studios will be appropriately expanded according to the work situation.

(3) The approved famous teacher studio recruits studio students in the whole park and reports them to the kindergarten famous teacher work office for the record before March 25th, 20xx.

4. The recruitment method of studio students:

(1) Trainer Registration: With the consent of the kindergarten, the applicant independently chooses the relevant famous teacher studio and submits the Registration Form for Trainers in Famous Teacher Studio (Annex 3). In principle, students' application should correspond to the science section where they teach.

(2) Recruitment assessment: the person in charge of the famous teacher studio has a heart-to-heart talk with the candidates, mainly to examine their moral character, specialty and educational accomplishment.

(3) Signing the responsibility certificate: the members of the famous teacher studio sign the responsibility certificate of the famous teacher studio with the chief teacher of the kindergarten famous teacher work office, relevant kindergartens and famous teacher studios.

Five, the teacher studio and all kinds of personnel responsibilities

1. The main responsibilities of the master studio
