(hereinafter referred to as "Heavy Airlines") is a joint venture between Chongqing Municipal People's Government and China Southern Airlines Group Co., Ltd., which is jointly funded by China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Urban Traffic Development Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.

The main operating base is located in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. After three months of preparation, it was established on June 16, 2007, setting a record for the fastest airline in China's civil aviation history.

Chongqing Airlines takes the construction of Chongqing inland open highland as its mission and the construction of Chongqing international aviation hub as its flagship main base airline as its vision, speeding up the pace of comprehensive network construction, and the route network radiates across the country. At present, Chongqing Airlines * * * operates 30 Airbus A320 series aircraft, including the first Airbus A321NEAOACF aircraft of China Civil Aviation.

At present, heavy airlines operate in T3 terminal of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, using 3F island-wide check-in counters. The two-cabin lounge covers an area of 850m2 and is divided into two-cabin area and member area, which can provide 187 seats. There are business area, audio-visual area, massage rest area, maternal and child room, shower room, independent food operation room and luggage storage area to give passengers a distinguished and caring service experience.
