In order to help the unemployed find jobs as soon as possible, community workers have taken great pains to rush about for them on holidays. During the "Eleventh" seven-day holiday in 2004, the community director worked for the unemployed for four days, left after 5: 00 in the morning, did not rest at noon, and went home after 6: 00 in the evening. Many things happen. So far, more than 30 unemployed people have found new jobs through community matchmaking. In view of the large number of office buildings in the community, we fully tap the resources of the community and maximize resource sharing. The community contacted the social units within its jurisdiction, and every office building and six small shops were spared. They learned about their employment situation one by one and signed employment agreements with them. If any social unit has a demand for employment, and there are qualified unemployed people in the community, community residents will be given priority. At the beginning of the construction of Yulin Mansion, several people were needed to look after the building materials and come to the community to help contact. The community immediately found several unemployed people. After the building was completed, two unemployed people were left by Yulin Building to do security work on duty because of their excellent work. Through mutual communication with community units, more than 0 unemployed people in community 10 found new jobs in community social units, which not only solved the re-employment problem of unemployed people in community, but also provided workers for social units.
