Brief introduction of kangcun village

Kangcun Town is located in the south of Huojia County. It has jurisdiction over Kangnan, Kangxi, Kangbei, Wang Guanying, Liujiadi West Street, Fengletun, Xincheng, Niutun, Fuzhuang, Liujiadi East Street, Wangpengzhuang, Lidaodi, Jiahe, Guodi, Shantouwang, Xiaowangzhuang, Hezhuang, Wangguilou, Hongjingzui, Damaozhuang, Wuchang, Xiaomaozhuang and Guo Si. Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Jiaozhi Railway, Xinzheng Highway, Xinjiao Highway and National Highway 107 transit. A monument inscribed by Xia Yan, Minister of Ming Dynasty, is a provincial cultural relic protection unit. Jinshui Huojia Industrial New City consists of Jinshui Headquarters Industrial Park in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City and the "enclave economy" industrial park in Kangcun Town of Huojia County, with a total investment of about 7 billion yuan and a total area of about 3,050 mu, of which Jinshui Headquarters Industrial Park covers an area of about 50 mu and Huojia County's "enclave economy" industrial park covers an area of about 3,000 mu. Jinshui Huojia Industrial New City is a cross-regional cooperation project in which the two districts and counties learn from the advanced experience of developed regions, adopt the "enclave economy" cooperation model, break administrative boundaries, make full use of comparative advantages, and realize complementary resources and mutual benefit. By the end of 20 15, the project plans to complete the investment promotion and settlement of enterprises in the 500-mu starting area, and strive to form the overall pattern of overall planning of Jinshui District and production in Jiaxian County within five years, and realize the overall goals of scientific park planning, reasonable industrial layout, perfect infrastructure, complete service functions, intensive land use and outstanding agglomeration effect.
