On June 30, 2020, a staff member fell from a hot air balloon and died. This incident was photographed by a tourist at the scene. In the video, the hot air balloon rises into mid-air and the safety rope is torn off and hung on the hanging basket. The workers first grabbed the safety rope, then slowly slipped and fell. Later, after understanding, it was found that the accident was when the hot air balloon was ready to be put away after the hot air balloon activity in the scenic spot, and a strong wind suddenly blew up, causing the hot air balloon to be blown away by the wind again. 1 the staff failed to let go in time and was taken into the air and killed.

Such an accident is related to the failure of usual safety management measures. Why is the hot air balloon not fixed when it lands? Why the hot air balloon crew didn't remember the safety rope is also a problem. There are not one or two tourism accidents caused by inadequate safety measures. No matter what kind of tourism industry, whether tourists or staff, safety is always in the first place. Tour operators and staff must put safety first from beginning to end and cannot be careless.

For possible safety accidents, we must first plan ahead. Prevention first? This policy must run through all aspects of work. Pay attention not only to the safety of tourists, but also to the safety of staff. Especially in the ordinary work, we should train the staff and let them know what they should pay attention to in their work. Cultivate employees' safety awareness, popularize safety knowledge and improve safety skills. Newly recruited employees must undergo safety training before they can take up their posts. For problems that may occur in daily work, we should do a good job in safety inspection, especially the implementation of safety rules and regulations and loopholes in safety management, and eliminate unsafe hidden dangers in time.
