They really need to care and communicate. First, let them want to learn ideologically. So I also learned a lot from the students. Of course, in order to communicate with students better and achieve good academic results, we should also improve our cultural background, constantly ask other teachers for teaching methods and learn from them.
Besides teaching, I also do some other things, such as personnel, and prepare some supervisory materials. Knowing how to do things in these jobs must be serious and patient.
In this semester, I know I really have too many shortcomings. When there are too many things, I will be very anxious and will not make overall arrangements for these things. In the future work, I will constantly correct my own shortcomings, learn and improve myself.
