What materials do Yangjiang institutions need to prepare for the unified examination, interview and qualification examination in 2020?

Materials to be provided for qualification examination:

1. Candidates are required to provide: registration form, valid resident ID card, academic certificate, degree certificate, household registration book (the recruitment position requires household registration), certification materials from party member of the Communist Party of China (the recruitment position requires party member of the Communist Party of China) and other certification materials required for applying for post conditions.

Graduates of 20 18 and 20 19 in ordinary colleges and universities (doctoral students are relaxed to 20 15) must have no personnel or labor relationship with their own units before the first day of registration for this open recruitment (that is, before August 3, 20201day) (participating in grassroots service projects does not belong to the implementation work unit).

2. In addition to the above basic materials, relevant materials shall be submitted in the following situations:

(1) Those who have obtained academic qualifications or degrees outside China shall provide academic qualifications, degree certificates and relevant supporting materials from relevant institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education.

(2) If you apply for a non-highest degree major, you must provide proof materials such as graduation certificate and degree certificate that meet the professional requirements of the recruitment position. Candidates should obtain the highest diploma and degree certificate before the interview qualification examination, and fresh graduates should provide effective materials.

(3) Candidates whose majors are not listed in the Professional Catalogue of Guangdong Public Recruitment Information Management System (without job codes) can choose similar majors in the Professional Catalogue to apply for the exam, and must provide their professional course transcripts (stamped by the Academic Affairs Office), comparative descriptions of courses issued by colleges and universities, and the basis for setting up majors in graduate institutions and other materials.

All the above documents, certificates and other materials shall be provided with 1 original and photocopy (the photocopy shall be bound on the front according to the requirements of the application form, and other materials shall be bound on the back), and the original shall be returned after examination.
