Two, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government issued license plate (including temporary license plate) trucks shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) From 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day, all trucks are prohibited from passing within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive).

(2) From 0: 00 to 6: 00 every day, trucks (except trucks carrying fresh agricultural products) driving within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive) must apply for a Beijing Pass.

(3) All-day diesel trucks with national III emission standards are prohibited from entering the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive).
