Four. Recruitment procedure

Open recruitment is carried out in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Tianjin" and other documents.

(2) written examination

The written test is a comprehensive ability test (professional ability test+writing), which takes the form of a closed book and mainly tests the comprehensive quality of candidates, covering political theory knowledge (including current affairs and politics), educational laws and regulations, comprehensive management knowledge, professional ability test, comprehensive analysis and writing, etc.

The full mark of the test paper is 100, and the test time is 120 minutes.

The written test does not specify counseling books, and the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Institute does not hold counseling training classes in any name, nor does it entrust any institution.

(3) Qualification examination

After the written examination, the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Institute will determine the range of personnel entering the qualification review according to the order of the written examination results of each post from high to low and the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan to the number of people participating in the qualification review 1:5.

If the written test scores of the last qualified candidate are tied, they will also enter the qualification review.

The name list, time, place and relevant requirements of the personnel participating in the qualification review will be published in the open recruitment column of the recruitment information network (www.zhaokao.net).

Only those who pass the qualification review can participate in the interview.

Failure to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed as automatic waiver of interview qualification.

Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview.

If the interviewer is vacant due to reasons such as giving up or canceling the interview qualification, the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Institute will fill in the candidates who participated in the qualification review in turn according to the written test scores from high to low.

When the ratio of the number of people who plan to recruit for each position to the number of people who enter the interview is less than 1:5, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people who enter the interview for the position.

(4) Interview

The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive quality and ability.

Interview score 100, qualified score 60.

The interview time, place and relevant requirements will be notified in writing on the day of qualification review.

After the interview, announce the interview results to the candidates on the spot.

Those whose interview results do not reach the qualified score line will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

(6) Physical examination

When the relevant candidates fail to pass the physical examination, the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Institute will fill in the medical examination personnel in the order of high score to low score.

(7) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation, and enter the actual post inspection link, and the inspection time is not less than 10 working days.

The Municipal Education Admissions Examination Institute arranged for the subjects to enter their posts to participate in specific work, and conducted a comprehensive, objective and fair investigation on their ideological and political performance, moral quality, learning ability, professional accomplishment and work performance according to regulations, and formed investigation opinions.

The inspection opinion is one of the bases for considering whether to hire, and those who fail the inspection will not be hired.

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified inspection and other reasons, the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Institute will fill in qualified medical examiners in the order from high score to low score.

(8) Publicity and employment

According to the results of written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation, the leading group of open recruitment of the Municipal Education Admissions Examination Institute determines the candidates to be hired.

2.
