Printing mode of corrugated paper

1, relief printing

Whether rotary printing or sheet-fed printing, corrugated paper uses relief made of resin material. Flexographic printing using water-based ink can be printed accurately and at high speed, regardless of the smoothness of the backing paper used in corrugated paper production, and it is a very effective printing method. In addition, flexo printing ink has good opacity, and bright colors can be printed on the cowhide base paper used to produce mutually dull paper.

2. Gravure printing

Gravure printing with a large amount of ink coating has a thick expressive force, and it needs to exert great printing pressure to realize the transfer of ink. Therefore, the printing plate cylinder and impression cylinder are big and heavy, which is a printing method of mass products. Because gravure printing is a printing method different from flexography, the printed paper must have good smoothness.

3. Lithography

Printing directly on offset press, this direct offset printing process can reduce the process compared with the process of printing on cardboard first and then bonding with single-sided corrugated paper, which has advantages in delivery time and cost, but the greater advantage is that G-shaped corrugated paper can be directly offset printing, which can greatly reduce paper consumption.
