I. Organizational structure

In order to strengthen the leadership of teachers' selection and adjustment, a leading group for teachers' selection and adjustment in Taihe County was established, with Liu Mengjun as the team leader and Liu Qingyuan as the deputy team leader. Second, the transfer of school disciplines and the allocation of transfer indicators

Thirty-five students were selected from county primary schools, including Chinese 14, mathematics 16 and English 5. It is planned to select 25 students from primary schools and divert 10 students from junior high schools. The specific post allocation and allocation of the two types of transfer indicators are as follows:

Third, the selection conditions

2. In the last three years (referring to 20 1 1, 20 12, 20 13), the annual assessment is competent or above;

3. Under any of the following circumstances, you cannot apply for the exam:

4. Education and teacher qualification requirements: you should have a secondary school education (beginner) or above, and a primary school or above teacher qualification certificate. Those with science teacher qualification certificates can apply for mathematics, and those with liberal arts teacher qualification certificates can apply for Chinese. English applicants must obtain the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject.

5. The applicant shall submit a written application to the Personnel Unit of our bureau with the consent of the school and the application form stamped by the school and relevant certificates.

(2) Classification conditions

1. The personnel selected for township primary schools in the county should be: those who have taught in township primary schools (including Wentian and Shangtian) in the county and have more than 5 years' teaching experience.

2. The diverted junior high school teachers should be: people who are on the job in township junior high schools in this county (including Ueda and Wentian) and have been teaching for more than 5 years.

Fourth, the selection method

1, announcement. Publish or post announcements in Taihe Education OA System and Education Bureau to inform subjects, number of students and other matters that need to be adjusted.

2. Sign up. All teachers who meet the adjustment conditions shall be issued with certificates such as teaching start time by the current teaching school and sign whether they agree to apply for the exam. Proof materials must be stamped with the school seal and the principal's signature to show responsibility. Anyone who forges certification materials will be disqualified and the principal will be held accountable. Applicants should bring their academic qualifications, teacher qualification certificate, original materials with preferential points and copies of the above certificates. Registration fee 160 yuan. Each applicant can only apply for one position (that is, a subject of a school), but not both.

3. Review and publicity. The handover leading group shall review the relevant original materials of the applicant, sign the copy to show responsibility, and return the original after review. Calculate personal discount points and publicize them in the Education Bureau.

Calculation of preferential points (upper limit is 10 points, refer to August 20, 200914 in the last five years):

(1) Supplement of teaching experience. 0.2 points per week, out of 5 points, until it is full.

(2) Add a comprehensive award. In recent five years, those who have won the honorary titles of model worker, excellent educator, excellent teacher, excellent class teacher, excellent moral education worker (including teacher's morality model), excellent party worker and excellent * * * party member were given 1, 2, 3 and 5 points by the county, city and province respectively, and those who were commended by the education administrative department at the same level were given 0.5 and 65438 points respectively. Take the score plus points, do not repeat the score, the full score is 5 points.

4. Cultural examination. The total score of the same test paper for two types of personnel is 100, and the test scope covers teaching materials, teaching methods and professional knowledge. Professional knowledge tests the level of primary school graduation examination and some professional knowledge of junior high school.

5. quota adjustment. If the number of surplus junior high school teachers diverted from a certain subject is not full, the surplus places will be transferred to township primary school teachers in the same subject.

6. Publicity of results. The transfer leading group will publicize the cultural achievements of each reference in the compound of the Education Bureau after the examination marking, and accept the supervision of the masses. Anyone who has been reported and verified will be disqualified and will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive ranking.

7. Comprehensive sorting. According to the position, school and subject, according to the sum of cultural achievements and preferential scores, from high score to low score, respectively, according to the allocation number of adjustment indicators for the position 1: 1 to determine the adjustment target (if the performance of the same position is tied with that of the selected object, the one with the highest written test score shall prevail, and then the seniors with teaching experience shall be selected repeatedly).

8. check. An investigation team composed of the county bureau investigated the work performance, teaching ability and teaching performance of the object to be transferred. Those who pass the inspection will be hired, and those who fail will not be hired. They will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive ranking, and will be replenished after the inspection.

9. Employment. After the publicity is not reflected, the candidates will be selected according to the inspection results. All employees should report to the transfer school within the specified time and obey the work arrangement of the school.

V. Arrangement of handover work
