Clinical practice experience of three medical students

# Experience # Getting started with practice is learning by doing. After a period of study, or when the study is coming to an end, we need to know what we have learned or how to apply it to practice. The following is.

Experience of clinical practice of medical students 1

After four years in college, we have also entered the stage of clinical practice and taken a step towards becoming doctors. Although there is still a long way to become a qualified doctor, after all, this distance is narrowing step by step.

Now I am an intern in Nanle County Chinese Medicine Hospital. Although it's only been more than a year, the contact with the teacher has made me feel a lot and made me understand a lot of truth! It gave me inner courtesy and reminded me of a book I read in middle school, The Analects of Confucius.

1, learn from time to time, don't you Medicine pays attention to theory and practice, and theory is a compass as the basis. Only with excellent theoretical knowledge can we make a correct judgment. Keep reading, make up for the problems that you didn't notice before, find pleasure in reading, and you will find it interesting to swim in the ocean of knowledge!

After four years of theoretical study, we have mastered some theoretical knowledge, but medicine is a practical science. We must actively participate in practice, further strengthen our theoretical level and improve our practical ability in practice, so as to lay a solid foundation for becoming a qualified doctor in the future.

2. Isn't it a pleasure to have friends coming from afar? Medical students and friends from all directions are gathered here. "Meeting is fate"! Isn't it a great pleasure to know so many friends? Although I come from different places, the purpose of my coming here is only to learn and improve my theoretical and practical level. Now that I'm here, let's get together and integrate into the collective of Nanle County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We are friends and should unite and help each other! I hope we can spend an unforgettable internship together!

3. Reviewing the past and learning the new can help teachers review what they have learned in the past, gain new gains from it and raise their knowledge to a higher level. In the process of practice, we can not only spend time reading textbooks, but also combine the knowledge of textbooks with clinical practice and rise to a new height. I don't want to be a teacher. The most important thing is that I can learn something to share with you!

4. In a threesome, there must be a teacher: choose the good one and follow it. The original intention of changing the bad one is: "When three people walk together, there must be a teacher worth learning. Learn from the best points and be correct when you see shortcomings. " So many of us practice together. Although the schools are different, the knowledge we have learned is the same. Everyone has their own uniqueness and shortcomings. Be good at discovering the advantages of others, learn from others with an open mind and make up for your own shortcomings; Look at other people's shortcomings, look at yourself and reflect on yourself more. "Three rescues a day", as Confucius said in another sentence: "Look at the sage Si Qi, not yourself."

5, sensitive and eager to learn, not ashamed to ask questions, I believe that students who can be admitted to medical school are very smart, have experienced N years of study, and have a solid theoretical foundation. But clinically, we are required to have not only theoretical level, but also practical operation ability, so I think everyone is our teacher. Besides doctors and nurses, there are many people who are our teachers, including some patients. On some issues, they may know more than us. We should humbly ask them something we don't understand, and don't think it is a shameful thing. In fact, these are nothing! A person's life is a life of continuous learning, especially a doctor. If we don't read more books and can't keep up with the trend of the times, we will become outcasts of society sooner or later, so we should ask who is better than us. Always put yourself in the position of a student, keep learning, make up for your own shortcomings, and strive for it by going to the next level!

6. With Tao as the aim, virtue as the foundation, benevolence as the foundation, and art as the tour, we should not only have lofty ideals and ambitions, but also have a higher realm and a caring heart. On this basis, we should improve our technical level and have skilled skills. This is a more qualified doctor!

7, the deceased is like a husband! Do not give up day and night. Time is like running water. We should seize every minute of our lives and strive to realize our dreams. When we look back when we are old, we will not regret not grasping our youth!

Experience of clinical practice for medical students II.

The economy of coastal cities is relatively developed, and the medical equipment here is more advanced than that of Chinese mainland. Almost all the operations in the hospital are completed by computers, and all kinds of course records and doctor's orders are written by computers. Most people here speak vernacular. We come from the mainland, and when we don't understand Cantonese, we mainly observe their movements and faces with our eyes, so we should learn Cantonese and computers at the same time and accumulate clinical experience.

The specific arrangement of our internship here is arranged by the Ministry of Science, Education and Information. They may have a formal theory class every Thursday afternoon, and supplement the theory while practicing. The teachers in each department are arranged by the teaching secretary, and we are all taught by the attending doctor.

At present, I have practiced in pediatrics, massage, vasculitis and surgery. Pediatrics are mostly treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, each accounting for 50%. They are characterized by dissolving antibiotics, expectorants (tracheal antispasmodics) and glucocorticoids in one furnace and spraying oxygen on the throat, which is effective in treating respiratory diseases such as tonsillitis and bronchitis. Massage+acupuncture and cupping are effective in treating cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbar muscle strain and other diseases. In vasculitis department, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a remarkable effect on treating various peripheral vascular diseases and their ulcers, and the self-made traditional Chinese medicines Maifusheng, Maixuekang and external Shengji Zhitong ointment are very unique. Various operations performed under surgical endoscope have good effects and little trauma.

"Reading classics, practicing medicine and being diligent in clinical practice" has always inspired workers who are interested in the cause of Chinese medicine, which implies that a competent doctor should do the following work well: theoretical cultivation, clinical practice, diligent thinking, good at learning and constant summary. They are like the birth of a beautiful song, which needs the perfect combination of lyrics, composition and singing. Theoretical cultivation is like the creation of lyrics, and composition and singing are like exercises from the inside out. Being diligent in thinking, good at learning and constantly summarizing are the intermediate bridges. Only when the two are closely combined, melodious songs will continue to stand out and superb medical skills will be forged.

Theoretical study is very important to guide clinical practice. Now books are everywhere, and new theories emerge one after another. Who is right and who is wrong makes us a little confused. How to choose? Remember that "everything changes without deviating from its ancestors." It is necessary to master the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, diagnostics, traditional Chinese medicine and prescription science. You can find your true knowledge from books and confusing theories.

"Being diligent and good at clinic" is the most important thing for TCM clinical workers. "Practice is the criterion for testing truth", which shows the importance of clinical work. The ancients said, "It's always shallow to get it on paper, but you need to practice it when you realize it", and "It's better to see thousands of books than to take the road of Wan Li", so we can learn from the experience of clinical practice. My internship idea is: learning is useful. In practice, we should achieve the following aspects: practical goals, good practical attitude and continuous clinical summary. I boil them down to the following points:

1. Look around and listen to all directions. Most of our internships were spent in the inpatient department. At work, cheer up and carefully observe the dynamics of teachers and patients. Take the initiative to observe the changes of the disease, and report to the doctor at any time to listen to his treatment plan.

3. Think boldly and ask if you don't understand. Ask, not casually, but thoughtfully. If you ask what the symptoms of cough are, the teacher will definitely look down on you and even leave a bad impression on you. If you ask thoughtful questions, the teacher will teach you carefully and you will gain something.

4. Patience, carefulness, self-confidence and generosity. Patients should be treated patiently and meticulously, especially the elderly, children and their critically ill patients. Patient consultation can not only ease the relationship between doctors and patients, enhance the cooperation between doctors and patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment, but also promote the recovery of diseases. When talking to teachers and classmates, you should be confident and generous, which can not only reflect your manners, but also narrow the distance.

5. Respect teachers and unite colleagues. Show some respect to teachers and other doctors, greet them when they meet, be friendly to colleagues and leave a good impression.

Experience of medical students' clinical practice 3

In April of early summer, we finished all theoretical courses in medical college and started another part of university study-internship. For practice, each of our students is full of illusions about the practice hospital, what kind of environment they spent in the second half of their university, and whether our practice hospital will have different patients and incomprehensible doctor-patient relationship like in TV dramas. At the same time, I also hope that my medical theory and operational skills can be consolidated and improved through internship. We came to Pujiang County People's Hospital with illusions and questions. It's strange to us, but it's more challenging for us.

On the first day of coming to the hospital, I went to report the situation of interns to the hospital science and education teacher. Unfortunately, it was educated by science and education teachers. There are two reasons: First, I agreed with the hospital to report to the hospital on May 8, but some students came to the hospital on Saturday, which surprised the hospital and caught it off guard. Hospital administration is closed on Saturday, and many things will be very troublesome to deal with; Second, without the consent of the hospital, we put things in the intern dormitory (of course, there is a reason. We arrived at the hospital in the middle of the night and couldn't find anyone, but that's not the reason to put things in the intern dormitory, because we still have a phone, and we have to communicate with the hospital anyway. So I want to tell my brothers and sisters that the first day of internship is very important. If anything is not handled well, it will be bad for myself and the school. Education belongs to education, and science and education are still better for us interns. He asked us to take a day off to get familiar with the environment, and then we were assigned to work in various departments. On the third day of coming to the hospital, we even began to really step into the clinic. Now that the internship is coming to an end, the team leader made the following summary of this year's internship. It is my heart!

Internship is a learning opportunity for each of our students. This opportunity is rare, so we should cherish it, especially for medical students. But the feeling of coming to this hospital is ignored by the teachers, because there are many rotating students (doctors who have just entered clinical work) in the hospital, especially in our hospital. Hospitals need to train them, so the resources allocated to our interns (such as teachers, hands-on opportunities, etc. ) it is much less. This is the most common complaint from my classmates, but I always think that learning should be active. No matter what the department is like and how many students rotate, you can still learn a lot as long as you take the initiative. Even if the tutor is sometimes busy and has no time to teach you, rotation is also our learning tutor! Although they just went to the clinic, after all, they stayed in the clinic for a year longer than us. Another feeling is that you haven't learned anything in clinic, that is, you haven't paid attention to patients, so you won't have any problems and naturally you won't learn anything. Therefore, clinical practice research is "initiative and concern" in four words. Internship doesn't mean not reading. In fact, the theoretical basis is still very important. But grasp one thing: don't read books in the office during the day, see more patients, ask the teacher when you encounter problems, and read books in time when the teacher is away at night. What can be done today must be solved today, and it cannot be put off. Because I may forget, internship must be a combination of theory and practice.

In life, there are many students who are not used to internship in other provinces. First of all, language is a big problem. Even in the county hospital, our teacher can still speak the local dialect, because most elderly patients still can't speak Mandarin and can't understand it. So from the beginning, I have to learn the dialect here, and I don't need to speak it, at least I have to understand it. Second, diet. We don't eat spicy food here in Zhejiang, and we don't put pepper in all our dishes. This is very unacceptable for us children who grow up eating spicy food. Fortunately, our interns brought Chili sauce, but they got used to it after a long time. But overall, it's not bad. For the accommodation problem, our hospital arranged the dormitory in a unified way, which saved us the trouble of finding a house. Of course, living in a hospital is subject to hospital management. So once again, I suggest that students bring some food from their hometown to buffer the taste. For hospitals that do not provide accommodation, they must rent in advance (several people rent together) and prepare their own daily necessities. Moreover, the seniors in our hospital are very kind to us, so it is also a kind of happiness if the internship hospital can meet the seniors.
