Township people's governments and sub-district offices shall do a good job in the management of poultry transactions in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements. Article 4 The market supervision and management department is the administrative department in charge of poultry trading market management, responsible for the qualification registration of poultry trading subjects, and supervising and managing poultry trading behavior and food safety according to law.

The agricultural and rural departments are responsible for the supervision and management of poultry epidemic prevention and slaughter activities, and urge and guide poultry breeding and slaughter enterprises to do a good job in the construction of traceability system according to law.

The health department is responsible for the epidemic monitoring and prevention and control of infectious diseases among employees in the poultry trading market.

The urban management department is responsible for the supervision and management of the import and export order of the poultry trading market and the city appearance and environmental sanitation of the surrounding areas, and investigates and deals with the unlicensed poultry business.

The emergency management department is responsible for guiding the relevant departments to do a good job in the management of relevant special emergency plans such as bird flu epidemic situation, and assisting in the response to emergencies such as bird flu epidemic situation.

Natural resources and planning departments are responsible for the planning and site selection of poultry slaughtering plants (fields).

Feidong County, Feixi County, Changfeng County, Lujiang County, Chaohu City and Anhui Chaohu Economic Development Zone shall determine and announce the areas where live poultry trading is prohibited according to the actual situation in the region. Article 10 The establishment of a poultry slaughtering plant (field) shall conform to the relevant planning and meet the corresponding conditions for animal epidemic prevention.

Poultry slaughtering plant (field) operators shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) the establishment of live poultry into the factory (field) inspection and registration, quality inspection, product recall, harmless treatment of abandoned and dead poultry, production records and other systems, to carry out the agency slaughter business, it should also establish an agency slaughter agreement system;

(2) Slaughtering in accordance with the operating procedures and technical requirements stipulated by the state;

(3) Poultry slaughter meets the requirements of ecological environment protection and food safety;

(four) to do a good job in the traceability of poultry circulation, and the poultry products listed at the factory (field) shall be accompanied by the circulation traceability certificate, quarantine certificate, quarantine mark and anklet or other product identification with traceability function;

(5) Dead poultry and poultry products confirmed by quarantine as unfit for consumption shall be treated harmlessly in accordance with relevant regulations;

(six) other provisions of laws, regulations and rules. Article 11 Poultry products slaughtered centrally shall be transported by special vehicles for cold chain that meet the standards, and the transportation and transportation process shall conform to relevant specifications, and the quarantine certificate shall be carried with the vehicle.
