What can a person with a criminal record do?

People with criminal records can work in factories.

According to the existing policies of the country and the actual situation in various places, there are many examples of recruiting people with criminal record to enter state-owned enterprises, especially factories in coal mines, fields and farms, and there should be no restrictions. People with criminal records are also legal citizens of our country.

According to Article 42 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the people and citizens of China have the right and obligation to work. The state creates employment conditions through various channels, strengthens labor protection, improves working conditions, and improves labor remuneration and welfare on the basis of developing production.

Labor is the glorious duty of all citizens who have the ability to work. Workers in state-owned enterprises and urban and rural collective economic organizations should treat their own labor as masters. 2. Judicial system: including judges, prosecutors, people's jurors, clerks of people's courts, people's supervisors, police, lawyers, grassroots legal service personnel, notaries and forensic experts;

3. Institutions: teachers, doctors, accountants, certified public accountants and journalists;

4. Company executives: directors, managers and other senior managers of the company and bankruptcy administrators of the enterprise.
