General Manager of Asset Management Department (1)

Job responsibilities:

1. According to the national laws and regulations and the policies of the Head Office, and in combination with the work priorities of the branch, study and formulate the work objectives and work specifications for the management of non-performing assets of the branch to ensure the orderly development of all work of the department.

2. Strictly control and prevent new non-performing loans according to the needs of business development, organize the preservation, collection, revitalization and disposal of non-performing credit assets of branches, supervise the implementation, and improve the asset quality of branches.

3. Manage the intervention of problem assets as a whole, and intervene and manage the problem assets of specified levels and specific types in advance to ensure the good and stable operation quality of assets.

4. Establish and improve the internal control system for risk management of non-performing assets, organize publicity and education on internal laws and regulations of branches, ensure business compliance and safety, and cooperate with relevant departments to do anti-money laundering work.

5. Set up an asset management team according to the principle of professional management, organize professional training for asset managers of branches, and improve the team's business ability.

6. Other tasks assigned by the Head Office and branches.

Qualifications:

1, bachelor degree or above;

2. Have rich experience in the management of non-performing assets in commercial banks, and have been engaged in banking for more than 8 years (inclusive), including 2 years in banking risk management, legal compliance and other related professional positions, and 2 years in deputy management positions (inclusive);

3. Have comprehensive economic and financial knowledge, be familiar with business operation and risk management of commercial banks, be familiar with national laws and policies, have rich practical experience and in-depth research on risk management and internal control management of commercial banks, and have strong comprehensive analysis and independent judgment ability;

4. Have a comprehensive understanding of the development background of functional lines, a clear understanding of the risk management objectives of banks, and a comprehensive grasp of the business operation and risk management of commercial banks;

5. Have good communication and expression skills, and be able to fully communicate with regulatory agencies, people's courts at all levels, all units and lines in the industry, and form good interpersonal relationships and communication effects.
