Why is there no social recruitment in CDB?

CDB has no social recruitment, because there are few jobs and the threshold is high. As CDB is mainly spun off from CCB, focusing on serving major national strategies, its main businesses include loans for housing and security projects such as shantytown renovation, loans for major national infrastructure projects such as "new infrastructure", loans for major national technical key projects such as integrated circuits and high-end equipment manufacturing, and loans for major national diplomatic strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative. Due to the "high-end atmosphere" of business, CDB only set up branches in provincial capitals and important sub-provincial cities, and implemented a two-tier structure of head office and branches, providing fewer jobs. The recruitment threshold of CDB has always been relatively high. The head office generally requires a master's degree or above, and all popular branches also start from basic graduate students. Social recruitment is of little significance. Therefore, CDB has no social recruitment, because there are few jobs and the threshold is high.
