Job content of cosmetic R&D engineer

Responsible for the testing and development of cosmetic raw materials and the establishment of testing methods, and establish the quality standards of cosmetic raw materials to provide technical support for the procurement of cosmetic raw materials;

According to the development plan of new cosmetics, carry out the formulation development and research of new cosmetics, and carry out the efficacy evaluation, formulation stability, packaging material compatibility test and microbial competition test of new cosmetics;

Summarize the development experience of new cosmetics, improve the formula of old cosmetics, improve the quality of cosmetics and continuously improve the performance of cosmetics;

Responsible for the formulation of cosmetic preparation technology;

Organize the trial production of new cosmetics, formulate relevant standard operating specifications and cosmetics inspection specifications, pass them to cosmetics production departments and quality assurance departments, and revise them according to the actual situation;

Clarify the internal control of cosmetics and the inspection index of cosmetics raw materials;

Assist in dealing with technical problems related to cosmetics to ensure the normal production of cosmetics;

Communicate the information between cosmetics marketing department and production department, and accurately convey the requirements of marketing department for production.
