Qingyi Youth Pre-job Training Camp combines workshops, special lectures, practical training, peer counseling, individual supervision, sharing growth and other forms to train students. Qingyi Youth Pre-job Training Camp: Qingyi Social Work Talent Service Center has designed this intern training plan, which will jointly improve interns' professional ability and employment adaptability, understand and familiarize themselves with the working environment, master basic work skills, complete social role transformation and obtain employment opportunities through training lectures, individual counseling, group discussion and peer support. Through campus presentations, agency meetings and other forms, we spread the knowledge and ideas about college students' employment in social organizations, and try to explore a set of recruitment and training models for employees in social organizations.
