We rarely see some famous giant enterprises recruiting ordinary college students in ordinary universities, because they think that this practice is meaningless, and even if they recruit employees, it will not help the company's development. However, some small enterprises will also choose to go to ordinary universities for campus recruitment. Every year, when it comes to campus recruitment, large and small enterprises will set up recruitment platforms on university campuses. This kind of campus recruitment can not only recruit college students needed by enterprises, such as prospective graduates of junior or senior, but also give freshmen and sophomores certain opportunities. If enterprises find that freshmen and sophomores are particularly outstanding, they will sign contracts with them in advance and can take up their posts directly after graduation.

But there are certain standards for campus recruitment. Most enterprises only recruit prospective graduates, that is, fresh graduates we often say, but many enterprises do not recruit such students for previous graduates who have graduated and embarked on the society. Because they have left school and haven't found a job for a year, either there are problems with their jobs or their personal abilities are not enough, enterprises generally don't recruit such former students. However, there are some exceptions. If some former college students who have graduated are very dissatisfied with the jobs they have found, and their personal abilities are strong enough and their resumes are rich enough to satisfy the recruiters, they will be specially approved to join the job.
