Notice on adjusting the minimum wage standard in the whole province

Xining Municipal People's Government, Autonomous Prefecture People's Government, Haidong Administrative Office, and various committees, offices, departments and bureaus of the provincial government: According to the relevant provisions of the state, combined with the changes in the province's economic development, the average wage of employees and the per capita consumption expenditure level of urban residents, the provincial government decided to adjust the monthly minimum wage and the hourly minimum wage in the province. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The monthly minimum wage in Xining and Haidong is adjusted from 580 yuan to 750 yuan per person per month, and the hourly minimum wage is adjusted from 6.3 yuan to 8. 1 yuan;

The monthly minimum wage in Hainan, Haibei and Huangnan is adjusted from 590 yuan to 760 yuan per person per month, and the hourly minimum wage is adjusted from 6.4 yuan to 8.2 yuan.

The monthly minimum wage in Haixi, Guoluo and Yushu was adjusted from 600 yuan to 770 yuan per person per month, and the hourly minimum wage was adjusted from 6.5 yuan to 8.3 yuan.

Two, the minimum wage standard is applicable to enterprises in our province, private non enterprise units, individual industrial and commercial households with employees and workers who establish labor relations with them; State organs, institutions, social organizations and laborers who have established labor relations with them.

Three, the monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time workers, and the hourly minimum wage is applicable to part-time workers.
