(thirteen) carrying dangerous goods in expressway without approval or driving in violation of regulations.

Article 8 Motor vehicle drivers who commit one of the following illegal acts will be scored 3 points at a time: according to the severity of the illegal acts, they are divided into five categories: 12, 6, 3, 2 and 1 5.
