In order to effectively protect the health of the people in the jurisdiction and investigate the infection risk of potential people, according to the unified deployment requirements of the higher authorities, the Yantai High-tech Zone Working Committee decided to carry out the eighth round of large-scale nucleic acid testing in the high-tech zone. No matter how many nucleic acid tests you have done in the early stage, please be sure to take part in this test. Your full cooperation is an inexhaustible motive force for us to win the war of epidemic prevention and control. Let's work together to build an epidemic prevention barrier to keep one side safe. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the detection time

Second, the scope of testing personnel

All the people who work, live and study in the high-tech zone. Schools, nursing homes and other places under closed management shall be tested at the designated place in the closed place according to the notice time.

Does not include family control personnel.

Third, the detection position

It is the same as the sampling location in the last round, and the list of locations is attached.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. Personnel in provinces and cities included in the scope of "should be inspected and fully inspected" shall be sampled at special sampling points.

2. Residents participating in sampling should prepare the "Personal Sampling Information Collection Code" in advance and bring the two-dimensional code of the "Personal Sampling Information Collection Code" to the designated place, so as to carry out nucleic acid detection according to the unified arrangement of the town, street and village where they live.

3. Please prepare the "health code" and "boarding card" in advance when testing, keep a safe distance of one meter to prevent crowds from gathering, queue up in a civilized and orderly manner during sampling, and do not cut in line, talk, gather or spit to prevent cross infection. Wear a mask regularly throughout the journey and do personal protection.

People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 4.48 hours cannot collect nucleic acid samples.

5. All departments, enterprises and institutions in the whole region should fully cooperate with nucleic acid detection and urge their employees to participate in the detection within the specified time. Owners of various business and rental premises should perform their supervisory duties, remind and inform tenants to participate in the testing on time, and must complete the testing before 13 pm.

6. This nucleic acid test is free for all employees, and no written report is issued.

7 old, weak, sick, pregnant, infants and other special groups should be given priority to sampling.

8. To avoid affecting the test results, do not smoke, drink or chew gum 30 minutes before sampling; Try to avoid eating 2 hours before sampling.

9. Please leave immediately after sampling, and don't stay at the sampling site for a long time.

10. The residents should pay attention to the official authoritative release, consciously do not believe or spread rumors, and maintain a good epidemic prevention and control order.

Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, it is the authority given to the government by the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law on Emergency Response in People's Republic of China (PRC), and it is also the legal obligation of every citizen. For those who are included in the scope of nucleic acid detection, they refuse to participate in the unified organization of all-staff nucleic acid detection, and they are suspected of violating Article 51 of the Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies and Article 50 of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Management Punishment Law, which constitutes a violation of public security management, and the public security organs will punish them according to law; Anyone suspected of violating Article 330th of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which constitutes a crime, will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law. In the near future, in order to do a good job in the supplementary detection of nucleic acid detection, according to the information pushed by big data, community workers and volunteers may know about the situation of nucleic acid detection at any time through door-to-door, telephone, SMS and other means during the detection process.
