1. Initial test: the personnel recruited by the human resources department are screened by resumes, and then the personnel who can notify the initial test are determined. Generally, the human resources department is responsible for the initial test, and most of them are interviewed by recruiters or hiring supervisors. 2. Re-examination: After the human resources department has passed the initial examination, it will be handed over to the department for re-examination to examine professional knowledge and skills, such as teamwork, expression and communication, logical thinking, understanding and reaction, motivation and stability.

3. Final test: such as
