1. Work content: The outsourcing work is marginalized, because you should know that the essence of outsourcing is to outsource complicated things, so that the staff in the editing department can reduce the time for dealing with complicated things, or project-based outsourcing, so the stability of the work should be considered, so in either case, outsourcing is not a good choice, especially the outsourcing of large manufacturers, and the division of labor is extremely detailed. 2. Personal development: Personal development is a very fantastic thing in ordinary companies. Compare opportunities, such as whether the company is in a stage of rapid development, the radish in the last pit, your relationship with your boss, your eye contact, personal ability, etc. But these are not counted in outsourcing companies, and the ceiling can be seen. At most, it is outsourcing management. Unless you are personally excellent and independent of external factors, then in fact, if you go to a better platform, you will definitely have better development. Tan9, a major outsourcing company, does not exist. If it does exist, the recruiters of intermediary companies may fool you, because many people have discovered the essence of outsourcing now, and it is very difficult for them to recruit people. It is not ruled out that there really is a positive change, but for ordinary people, let's give up this idea and recognize the reality. Let's talk about the problem that there are many big bosses in outsourcing factories. If you have children's shoes, you will feel that it is an opportunity to work with big bosses, improve yourself and be like big bosses. This idea is really right, because there is a saying that a person is a collection of five people who are closest to him. If you look at it from this perspective, it seems understandable, but there is a core problem that is not clear, that is, you are not really in contact with these bosses every day, so you can't be the closest person in your work. From this point of view, it is better to read some books and communicate with the real bosses recognized by history. This is true.

3. Environmental atmosphere: one advantage and one disadvantage. The advantage lies in that the general environment of outsourcing factories is very good. Referring to Huawei Bantian Base, Tencent Binhai Building, etc., the most basic benefits enjoyed by them are the same as those enjoyed by the employees of the factories. The disadvantage lies in the humanistic environment, no sense of belonging and a chain of contempt. In fact, the biggest personal feeling is not this, but also very thin screws. I don't enjoy knowledge at work, as if this little skill is the foundation of my life, and I am hiding it for fear that others will learn it.

4. Salary: This should be an advantage, because there are all kinds of bottom salaries for serious outsourcing. Pay attention to the "bottom", such as three or four hundred five insurances and one gold. The comprehensive salary is equal to or even higher than the market, which is competitive, and the payment time is early, and there are no arbitrary deductions. You can enjoy the most basic welfare benefits if you have welfare benefits, but it does not include holiday gifts and year-end awards, which basically refers to eating and traveling.

In fact, you should ask yourself what you care most about in your work, rank them in order, and then compare them one by one, so you can know your choice. A lot of information from outside will interfere with your choice, so you should first set a standard and core value orientation in your heart.
