3. Admissions Procedure

(1) Review interview. Applicants must bring the original and photocopy of their ID card, academic certificate (fresh graduates should hold the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form" or school certificate), and a recent 1-inch bareheaded color photo to the applicant unit for qualification review and interview within the specified time. Applicants who have graduated from previous years must provide the "China Higher Education Academic Qualification Inquiry Results" printed by the "China Higher Education Student Information Network"; those with more than 1 year of banking work experience need to relax the age requirement and must present relevant certificates; college student village officials also need to Provide a certificate of assessment results after the two-year employment period issued by the organizational department of the county (city, district) committee. Those who apply for orientation agent students must also provide the original and copy of the household registration book corresponding to the township where the member bank's targeted enrollment network is located. Fresh graduates can issue a certificate from the police station where their permanent residence was before moving out. The original relevant documents will be reviewed and returned on the spot. Applicants who pass the qualification review will be allowed to participate in the interview and fill out the "Jiangxi Rural Credit Cooperative (Rural Commercial Bank) 2014 Employment Training Course Enrollment Registration Form" on site. The interview is organized by the employer, and the interview panel evaluates and scores the candidates. After the interview, the employer will determine qualified candidates based on the interview scores in a ratio of no less than 1:5 of the enrollment quota.

(2) Online confirmation. The provincial association will review the qualifications of those who pass the review and interview. The list of qualified candidates will be fed back to the member agencies and announced on the Jiangxi Talent and Personnel Network (www.jxrcw.com). Those who pass the review will log in to the Jiangxi Talent and Personnel Network at the specified time. Confirm online, supplement relevant personal information, upload personal photos, and pay the application fee of 100 yuan on-site at the employer.

(3) Print the admission ticket. Applicants who have been confirmed online and paid the application fee should log in to the Jiangxi Talent and Personnel Network at the specified time to print the admission ticket.

(4) Written test. The Provincial Association (or entrusted professional organization) will organize propositions, examinations, marking, and scoring. The time and location of the written test shall be determined on the admission ticket. The content of the written examination includes administrative ability test, application essay and financial basic knowledge. Anyone who cheats on the written examination will not be allowed to participate in any form of recruitment examination of the rural credit cooperative within three years. Applicants for high-quality talents with graduate degrees or above will take separate examinations and score lines, and interviews will be organized separately.

(5) Admission interview. According to the written test scores, the candidates for admission interviews will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 for different types of admissions. The interviews will be organized by the office or the employer, and the interview scores will be sorted from high scores to low scores.

(6) Physical examination. Based on the interview scores, the candidates to be admitted will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio according to the enrollment quota, and the employer will organize a unified physical examination. Physical examination items and standards refer to civil servant recruitment standards. If you fail the physical examination, your admission qualification will be cancelled, and one person will be replaced to take the physical examination based on the interview results, and so on.

(7) Enrollment. Based on the results of the physical examination, the admitted candidates will be determined and the Admission Notice will be sent. Admitted candidates must report to the designated location at the specified time with the "Admission Notice" and their ID card to attend the Jiangxi Rural Credit Cooperative Employment Training Course. The employment internship training class is organized by the Provincial Federation of Business Schools and is conducted in cooperation with universities. It lasts for one academic year, with one semester of off-the-job study and one semester of internship at a member company. Candidates with a graduate degree or above do not need to participate in the internship training and will follow the recruitment procedures for new employees. The training school charges study fees, and the expenses (including training fees, board and lodging, etc.) are borne by the students themselves; they are entitled to living allowances during the internship period.

(8) Employment. After the trainee trainees complete their studies and pass the examination and assessment, they will be issued a certificate of completion and arranged to find employment in a member bank. They will be directly employed without a probationary period. They will enjoy employee remuneration in accordance with the regulations of rural credit cooperatives and participate in statutory social insurance. Employees and agents who strictly comply with the regulations of the Provincial Association shall not be transferred to other member banks within five years of working in the employer. Targeted agents must sign an employment agreement with the member banks and work in the business outlets designated by the employer for more than five years.

Those who fail to pass the exam or assessment will be given a chance to make up the exam (or extend the probationary period). If they still fail to pass the make-up exam (or extend the probationary period) or are punished or punished for violating laws and disciplines, they will be ordered to drop out of school and will not be offered employment. Those who are unable to persist in their studies due to illness or other reasons will be advised to drop out or suspend their studies.
