The local marine department of Junan County was established in June 5438+February, 2000, and was upgraded to a deputy-level institution in June 5438+February, 2004. Mainly responsible for the county's waterway transportation industry management and water traffic safety supervision. The Marine Department consists of three departments, namely, the General Department, the Security Department and the Maritime Supervision Department, with a staff of 13 and 7 on-the-job maritime law enforcement officers. In 2008, the maritime department purchased the 068 law enforcement patrol boat of the land and sea patrol team to strengthen the water transport patrol and emergency rescue.

In order to meet the needs of the development of institutions of Shandong Maritime Safety Administration, with the approval of the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport, Shandong Maritime Safety Administration decided to openly recruit 12 staff.
