What does it take to be a fireman?

Firefighters can be said to be a great profession. He helped people solve difficulties and even sacrificed his life to help others.

Firefighters are openly recruited for the society, mainly from the permanent population in provincial administrative areas, and can also be recruited for other provinces as needed.

Graduates with college degree or above, retired soldiers of the People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force, and qualified personnel in the government (enterprise) full-time fire brigade can be given priority.

The age of personnel with bachelor degree or above can be relaxed to 26 years old, and the age of special professionals in urgent need of fire rescue work can be further relaxed with the approval of the emergency management department.

Graduates of secondary vocational and technical schools must obtain the vocational qualification certificate above junior level issued by the state, and have worked in this major for more than 1 year; College degree or above, must obtain the intermediate vocational qualification certificate issued by the state, can recruit fresh graduates, can also recruit professional and technical personnel of enterprises and institutions.

Firefighters should have the nationality of China people, abide by the Constitution and laws, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system, and voluntarily join the national comprehensive fire rescue.

Be able to control, organize and implement the fire fighting work of firefighters, effectively organize the professional study and skill study of firefighters, and keep them vigilant at all times.

Can accurately convey the instructions and work arrangements of superiors, can summarize the work of this position in writing, and can maintain a benign cooperation and assistance relationship with other departments.
