II. Recruitment scope and conditions

(1) Recruitment scope

Candidates applying for the Municipal Audit Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau and Forestry Bureau must be in 2007 and 2008 Graduates with bachelor's degree or above from full-time general colleges and universities recruited within the national plan in 2007 and 2008; candidates applying for the Municipal Lu Opera Troupe must be art-related secondary schools in full-time general art colleges recruited within the national plan in 2007 and 2008 and above graduates.

(2) Application conditions:

2. Other qualifications required for the recruitment position.

3. Physical conditions that meet the job requirements.

In-service personnel who apply must obtain the consent of their employer. Personnel who have been criminally punished or dismissed from public service, active military personnel, and other persons who are prohibited from applying by law cannot apply.

3. Recruitment methods, procedures and related requirements

(1) Registration

Adopt the form of centralized registration at the same time and at the same location. Each person is limited to one application. Position.

1. Registration time: December 14, 2008 to December 15, 2008, 8:30-11:30 am, 2:30-5:00 pm, late applications will not be accepted.

2. Registration location: Laixi City Talent Exchange Service Center (No. 148, Changdao Road, fifth floor of the Municipal Administrative Service Center Office Building).

3. Fill in the application materials: When registering, you must truthfully fill in the "Laixi City 2008 Public Recruitment of Public Institution Staff Registration Form" (Attachment 2) and "Laixi City 2008 Public Recruitment of Public Institution Staff Letter of Integrity" (Attachment 3). The "Registration Form" and "Book" can be downloaded from the Laixi Talent Network. At the same time, each person must provide 6 recent one-inch photos of the same edition, pay a written examination fee of 40 yuan, and take the exam at 8:30 on December 18, 2008- Go to the registration point at 17:00 to collect the "Written Examination Admission Ticket".

(2) Qualification review

The qualification review of applicants runs through the entire recruitment process. Those who enter the interview must submit relevant certification materials to the registration point on December 25. Relevant supporting materials mainly include: originals and copies of my ID card, graduation certificate, registration certificate or letter of introduction from the unit agreeing to apply for the examination (all copies must be made on 16k paper). (3) Written test (100 points)

1. Time: 9:00-11:00 am on December 20, 2008.

2. Exam content: Candidates who apply for the Municipal Audit Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau and Forestry Bureau, the exam content is "Basic Knowledge of Public Security"; candidates who apply for the Municipal Lu Opera Troupe, the exam content is music theory knowledge. No special textbooks are specified for the exams.

3. Results announced: Candidates’ written test results will be announced through the Laixi Talent Network on December 22, 2008.

(4) Interview (100 points)

According to the recruitment plan and written test scores, the list of interviewees will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 from high scores to low scores. If the specified ratio is not reached, it will be determined based on the actual number of people.

Those who enter the interview must go to the registration point from 8:30 to 17:00 on December 25, 2008 to receive the "Interview Admission Ticket".

1. Interview time: December 27, 2008.

2. Interview content:

Candidates who apply for the Municipal Audit Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau and Forestry Bureau will be interviewed in a structured interview manner, mainly to assess the comprehensive analysis ability and organization of the candidates. For candidates who apply for the Municipal Lu Opera Troupe, the actors sing one opera and one song to show off their talents; the performers play two pieces of music. Choose your own songs and bring your own singing tape. 20 minutes per person.

3. Result announcement: Interview scores and total scores (written test scores + interview scores) will be announced on the Lacey Talent Network on December 28, 2008.

(5) Physical examination and assessment

According to the total score, the candidates who enter the physical examination and assessment range will be determined from high scores to low scores by major at a ratio of no less than 1.2 times the number of recruits, and in order Organize physical examinations and assessments in equal amounts. IV. Determine the personnel to be hired

In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, based on the total test scores and physical examination results, the personnel to be hired will be determined from high scores to low scores by major. The list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the Laixi Talent Network for a 7-day publicity period.

If there is no objection after public announcement, the recruiting unit will be responsible for organizing the completion of the "Summary Form of Personnel Recruited by Public Institutions" and the "Registration Form of Personnel Recruited by Public Institutions" and submit them to the Municipal Personnel Bureau, and the Municipal Personnel Bureau will issue a "Public Institution Employment Summary Form" "Notice of Recruitment", the personnel to be recruited should handle relevant transfer and dispatch procedures with the "Notice of Recruitment of Public Institutions".

The employed personnel shall implement a probation period system and sign an employment contract with the employer, with a probation period of one year. Those who pass the assessment after the probation period will have their employment contracts renewed, and those who fail will be dismissed. At the expiration of the probation period, those who still have incomplete relevant files and main materials will be deemed unqualified and will be dismissed according to regulations.

V. Relevant instructions

1. During the recruitment process, if any fraud or concealment of the true situation is found, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled.

2. Vacancies caused by disqualification, voluntary abstention or failure in physical examination will be filled in sequence according to the reported positions. Those who fail to report on time after being hired will not be compensated.

3. During the physical examination and recruitment, if the scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher academic qualifications, and those with the same academic qualifications will be determined in the order of priority to those with higher written test scores.
