Mianyang talent introduction policy

In-depth implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the city with talents, strengthening the construction of the talent team in Mianyang City, and boosting the high-quality development of the economy and society, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province launched the activity of recruiting talents and introducing talents in 2022, and introduced 6,385 high-level urgently needed talents to the whole country by means of "unified organization, overall planning of resources, bringing editors into schools and group recruitment". The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

I. Introduction Plan

(1) The central and provincial scientific research institutes and institutions of higher learning in Mianyang plan to openly introduce talents 1 1,000 people. (See attachment 1 for details)

(2) Mianyang key enterprises plan to openly introduce talents 1674. (See Annex 2 for details)

(3) Mianyang Education, Sports and Health System plans to openly introduce 2,456 career establishment talents, including 996 talents in education and sports system (see Annex 3 for details) and 1.460 talents in health system. (See Annex 4 for details)

(4) Other units in Mianyang plan to openly introduce career preparation talents 1255, including 593 people in the public examination (see Annex 5 for details) and 662 people in the public examination. (See Annex 6 for details)

(5) Announcement on Adjusting Civil Servants in Mianyang Public Examination will be published on Mianyang Personnel Examination Network.

Second, the introduction of objects, scope and basic conditions

(A) the introduction of objects and scope

1. Those who meet the post requirements should be original doctoral students, master students and undergraduate graduates; Some job requirements of grass-roots units such as education and health system are relaxed to college graduates.

2. In 2022, domestic college graduates must obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates before 65438+February 3, 20221; Other applicants must obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates before the registration deadline.

3. Graduates from overseas institutions must obtain their degrees before 65438+February 3, 20221,and provide the overseas academic degree certification certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

4. Due to force majeure and non-subjective factors, fresh graduates who have not obtained relevant certificates within the specified time can be resolved through consultation.

(2) Basic conditions for registration

1. The applicant shall meet the following requirements:

(1) has the nationality of China people and has no permanent residence abroad; Support the leadership of the production party of China and love the socialist motherland; Law-abiding, good conduct, good professional ethics, dedication, strong dedication, strong sense of responsibility;

(3) Have the working ability, professional level, physical condition and psychological quality required by the post.

2. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

(1) has received various criminal punishments; Being expelled from public office; There are illegal acts under review; Still in the influence period of party discipline and political discipline (political discipline);

(2) Should be avoided in accordance with the relevant provisions;

(3) illegally participating in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels and the recruitment of public institutions during the forbidden period;

(4) Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law;

(five) did not reach the service period of the directional work unit according to the regulations;

(six) the provisions of laws and regulations shall not apply for or be employed as the staff of enterprises and institutions in other circumstances.
