Xingtai Vocational and Technical College (China People's Liberation Army Quartermaster Industrial College) was originally affiliated to the General Logistics Department, a school, two brands, national enrollment, and served the military and local. College is a public general full-time institution of higher learning at the college level. College is located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, with convenient transportation and developed information. Xingtai Vocational and Technical College covers an area of more than 700 mu with a building area of 247,000 square meters. China People's Liberation Army Institute of Military Industry (Xingtai Vocational and Technical College) once set up a branch school in Military Industrial School from 1992 to 1998, specializing in the design and manufacture of leather shoes. Xingtai Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary college which focuses on engineering, enrolls students for the whole country and trains applied high-skilled talents for production, construction, management and service for the society. The College was founded in 1979, 19 1 under the General Logistics Department of China People's Liberation Army, and undertook the pilot task of higher vocational education of the former State Education Commission. 1997 was first named as "Vocational and Technical College". In 2000, it became the first batch of key construction units of national demonstration vocational and technical colleges, and in 2002. In 2005, it was selected by the Ministry of Education as a "national model higher vocational college" pilot college, and was established as one of the first 28 national model higher vocational colleges by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in February 2006 through expert evaluation.

The College is located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, the hometown of Guo Shoujing, a scientist in Yuan Dynasty, with profound historical and cultural background, convenient transportation, beautiful environment and developed information. The college currently covers an area of 730 mu, with a building area of 296,000 square meters and a planned area of 1.800 mu. The campus is full of lakes, lush trees and pleasant scenery, making it an ideal place to study. The college has complete infrastructure, including 8 training centers, 160 subordinate experiment and practice places, 2 15 off-campus practice bases, 630,000 books in the library, all of which are queried and managed by computers, as well as high-standard stadiums, wind and rain playgrounds and standard track and field playgrounds of 400 meters track.

The college has three departments 10, including automobile engineering department, clothing engineering department, electromechanical engineering department, electrical engineering department, information engineering department, architectural engineering department, art and media department, economic management department, resources and environmental engineering department and foreign languages department. Set up 45 majors such as fashion design (engineering direction), automobile inspection and maintenance, numerical control technology, electrical automation technology, computer application technology, architectural decoration engineering technology, construction engineering technology, marketing, metallurgical technology and business English. The teaching staff is strong, with a high-quality teaching team with a combination of full-time and part-time jobs and reasonable structure. From June 5438 to February 2006, the College was established by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance as one of the first batch of 28 "National Demonstration Higher Vocational Colleges Construction Plans" in China, and it was the only vocational and technical college selected in Hebei Province.
