1. Enrollment plan

(2) Training institutions. Entrusted training is implemented in different areas. 2. Enrollment Targets and Conditions

Applicants are limited to ordinary high school graduates with Guangxi household registration. Enrollment is not limited to regions, and applications across cities and counties (cities, districts) are allowed. Candidates should meet the following conditions at the same time:

3. Enrollment and admission procedures

(1) Release the targeted training demand plan.

The Education Department of the Autonomous Region will collect and publish the targeted training needs of relevant counties (cities, districts), and publicly release targeted training plans to the public.

(2) Registration and volunteer application form.

Ordinary high school graduates who are eligible to apply for four-year undergraduate normal students must fill in the major of the local public-funded normal students of the designated training institution in the other types of undergraduate application columns. Ordinary high school graduates who are eligible to apply for the three-year designated normal school students must fill in the local public-funded normal school majors of the designated training institutions in the advanced vocational college application column. The time and requirements for filling in the application form shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Autonomous Region Admissions and Examination Authority.

(3) Admission.

The training school will conduct selective admissions from high scores to low scores in accordance with the admissions policy and targeted enrollment plan, as well as the college entrance examination scores and the candidates' filled in preferences. Candidates who apply for publicly funded directional training majors after being admitted cannot withdraw from the program, transfer to other schools, or change majors, otherwise their admission qualifications for the current year will be cancelled.

(4) Sign the agreement.

1. Oriented normal school students sign an agreement with the training institution and the Oriented County (City, District) Education Bureau and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau before enrolling.

3. The training school will mail or deliver the concise registration form, admission status of Oriented normal school students, and the "Agreement" to the Education Bureau of Oriented County (city, district).

If the student fails to pass the re-examination, the training institution will handle the matter in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the autonomous region, and the student will no longer be the target of targeted normal student training.

4. Training methods

(1) Training form. Educational qualifications are divided into two levels: undergraduate and junior college. The undergraduate level starting from high school lasts 4 years, and the junior college starting from high school lasts 3 years. Training colleges should combine the actual education and teaching practices, focus on training goals, formulate special talent training plans, strengthen teaching management, and ensure the quality of training.

(2) Student status management. Oriented normal students starting from high school are managed in accordance with the student status management regulations of ordinary colleges and universities. Strengthen the dynamic management of student status. At the end of the second academic year for Oriented Normal University students, the training institution will conduct a mid-term assessment for Oriented Normal University students. Those who fail the assessment will be cancelled.

V. Relevant Policies

(1) After Oriented Normal University graduates obtain junior college (undergraduate) diplomas from ordinary colleges and universities and corresponding teacher qualification certificates, they will be admitted by Oriented County (city, district) ) Organize a special recruitment assessment and organize a physical examination with reference to the civil servant recruitment physical examination standards and requirements. (2) Oriented normal school students are generally not allowed to apply for other full-time academic education before graduation and during the service period specified in the agreement. If a student fails to fulfill the directional training agreement upon graduation, the public education fees already enjoyed by the training institution must be returned to the training institution in accordance with regulations, and liquidated damages must be compensated. The breach of contract shall be recorded in the personnel files and social credit system, and made public. All localities give preferential treatment to graduates from oriented normal schools who have completed their service period in terms of further education, professional title promotion, and merit evaluation.

(3) Oriented normal college students are exempted from tuition fees, accommodation fees, and living expenses subsidies during their studies in school. 6. Work Requirements

(1) Enrollment of targeted normal school students is an important part of the implementation of the local public-funded normal school student training plan. Schools in all regions must attach great importance to and organize carefully, effectively carry out policy publicity work, guide and support outstanding junior high school and high school graduates to apply for oriented normal education, and encourage outstanding talents to actively participate in education.
