1. Instructions on the admission of free medical students for order-based orientation

The free medical students for order-based orientation focus on undergraduate and junior college training in county-level medical and health institutions, township health centers (community health service centers) Health talents engaged in general medical care. Free medical students obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degrees through study (free undergraduate medical students). The free targeted enrollment plan for medical students recruits students from all over the province, mainly from rural areas. After free medical students are admitted and before receiving the admission notice, they must sign a free training agreement and a targeted employment agreement with the county-level health and family planning, human resources and social security administrative departments where the training school and targeted employment are located, and promise to work in targeted grassroots medical and health institutions after graduation. Minimum of 6 years of service. Free medical students’ household registration will remain in their original place of household registration during their studies. After registering for employment, they can move to the area where targeted employment is located according to relevant regulations.

Free medical students are exempted from tuition fees, accommodation fees and living expenses subsidies during their studies at school. After graduation, free medical students shall report to the corresponding county-level health and family planning administrative department in accordance with the targeted employment agreement signed before enrollment. The grassroots medical and health institutions will sign employment contracts with them in accordance with relevant regulations, go through relevant procedures, and implement contract management. After free medical students register for employment, they must participate in 3 years of standardized resident physician training (undergraduate) or 2 years of assistant general practitioner training (specialist) in accordance with regulations. After admission, they will be included in the training and obtain the "Resident Physician Standardized Training Certificate" or " For those who have obtained the "Assistant General Practitioner Training Certificate", the 3 or 2 years of training shall be included in the 6-year service period.

2. College: 5351 Qujing Medical College has 120 clinical medicine associates (science and engineering), 5352 Chuxiong Medical College has 100 clinical medicine associates (science and engineering), 5353 Baoshan Traditional Chinese Medicine College 160 people majoring in medicine (literature and history), 60 people majoring in clinical medicine (science and engineering) at 5392 Dehong Vocational College, and 60 people majoring in clinical medicine (science and engineering) at 5398 Honghe Health Vocational College.

3. Volunteer application method and time

(1) Application time

4. Application and Admission

(1) Principle of application

1. Undergraduate: Before the early admission of undergraduate batch, free medical students will be required to submit to undergraduate colleges.

2. Junior college: Before admission to junior college is approved in advance, free medical students will be allowed to apply for voluntary registration in junior college. Candidates who have been admitted to undergraduate or undergraduate preparatory courses are not eligible to apply for free medical college admissions.

5. Others
