This open recruitment examination is conducted in the form of "written test+interview".

(1) Written examination

The written test is entrusted to Shenzhen Examinations Institute for unified organization. Candidates take the written test with the original admission ticket and valid ID card (both certificates are indispensable). See the admission ticket for the rules of the written examination room.

(2) Interview

If the interviewer voluntarily gives up or is disqualified from interviewing, which leads to the vacancy of the interviewer, the corresponding number of vacancies will be filled from the qualification examiners in order of the total written test score of the same position from high to low within the specified time.

Obtain examination materials of public institutions

Qualification examination is a preliminary examination of the materials provided by the applicants, and the final result is subject to the inspection and filing results before the employment procedures. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of employment.

(3) the calculation of the total test score

Total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

If the total score of candidates for a position is the same, the ranking shall be determined in the order of high and low written test scores; If the written test results are still the same, the ranking will be determined in the order of the scores of the interview judges; If the scores of the main judges in the interview are still the same, the ranking will be determined through additional tests; Under the same conditions, give priority to the employment of retired soldiers.
