Brief introduction of Yuhuan Red Cross Hospital

Yuhuan Red Cross Hospital was founded in 1952, formerly known as Kanmen Central Health Center in Yuhuan County, and has been operating for more than 50 years. It is a grass-roots general hospital owned by the whole people, which integrates medical treatment, first aid, preventive health care and community health education. It is the first batch of "garden-style" units and county-level civilized hospitals in the county. In 2000, it was rated as "Baby-friendly Hospital" by the Provincial Health Department. In June, 2006, it was listed as the designated hospital of "Love China Action" by China Red Cross Foundation.
