Guangxi Light Industry Technician College was established in 1978, which belongs to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is a state-owned public technical college, a national key technical college, a national high-skilled personnel training base, a national vocational guidance teaching and training experimental base, an autonomous region civilized unit, an autonomous region demonstration secondary vocational school and an autonomous region four-star secondary vocational school. The college is located at No.1 Shizhuling Road 13, Jiangnan District, Nanning. It has three campuses: Shizhuling Campus, Wuxiang Campus and Wuxiang No.2 Campus. At present, the Liu Jing campus is under preparation, with a planned land area of1225mu. The college has more than 7 100 students, nearly 300 faculty members, 43 senior titles, 30 senior technicians, 2 national technical experts and 6 autonomous regional technical experts.
