1. Construction of basic course teachers.

As long as the screening work is done well, it is not too difficult to select outstanding talents that meet the requirements of colleges and universities. In other words, basic course teachers can be solved by recruitment.

2. Construction and training of professional teachers.

The construction and training of professional teachers is very difficult, because there is no normal college to train professional teachers for civil aviation colleges in China at present, which doomed the uniqueness of the construction and training of professional teachers in civil aviation colleges: it is impossible to recruit professional teachers directly, and professional teachers mainly focus on training rather than recruitment.
