Can female leaders find male subordinates to be drivers?

It is not good for female leaders to find male subordinates as drivers.

According to Article 10 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), an employer may not refuse to hire or dismiss a worker on the grounds of sex, and may not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of a worker on the grounds of marriage, pregnancy and childbirth. Female leaders have the problems of unequal power and gender discrimination in the workplace when looking for male subordinates as drivers, which will affect their work performance and career development and easily cause dissatisfaction and speculation of other employees. Therefore, it is not good for female leaders to find male subordinates as drivers.

In addition, the personal relationship between female leaders and male subordinates will interfere with normal work and even cause moral and legal problems.
