What do teachers test for preparing for exams?

Teaching synthesis

Basic knowledge of public education: Basic knowledge of public education mainly examines whether candidates have a general understanding of the background knowledge and fields needed for education. This part contains a lot of knowledge about the written test of teacher qualification certificate.

Subject professional knowledge: professional knowledge is the subject knowledge of the subjects reported by candidates. Generally speaking, the examination paper contains two parts, one is to assess the basic knowledge of the subject, and the other is to assess the teaching knowledge (teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation). It mainly examines the application of professional basic knowledge, knowledge and skills, and the compilation of teaching plans for this discipline.

Teaching synthesis: pedagogy, psychology and educational psychology are three independent disciplines, which constitute the core content of the teaching base (some also include educational regulations and teachers' professional ethics).

Examination questions

1. Objective questions mainly refer to multiple-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, indefinite multiple-choice questions, true-false questions and fill-in-the-blank questions.

2. Subjective questions mainly include noun explanation questions, analysis questions, short answer questions, discussion questions, material/case analysis questions, teaching design questions (activity design questions) and so on.

There is no fixed set of questions, and the questions in different regions will be different.

Calculation method of grade

The written test score+interview score takes the total score and is admitted according to the ranking. The general written test and interview scores are 50% and 50% respectively, and some areas are divided into 46 or 37 (subject to the brochure published in the recruitment year). The qualified line of written test shall be uniformly demarcated by the local education bureaus.

About the interview

Interviews are also organized by local municipal, district and county education bureaus, which vary from place to place. Generally speaking, it is divided into two kinds: trial lecture and lecture. The lecture is an engineering feasibility report, and the content is difficult to write; Teaching is the construction process itself, and the difficulty lies in the need for practical experience. About the time of each link, the organizational units are different.
