MLM recruitment model

MLM organizations mainly trick newcomers into joining in the following ways:

1. Start with friends and family around you. What MLM says is to trick people around you into joining MLM through various means. These people can be their relatives, friends, former colleagues or classmates. MLM staff will invite people around them to their own places to play and lie that they are doing a business, recommend this business to people around them, and bring people around them to their own homes (actually MLM's lair) to get to know them, then they will be trapped in their rooms and unable to go out, brainwash them in class in the following days, and persuade visitors to join the MLM organization.

2. Trick new people into joining in the name of online dating. MLM staff will use all kinds of social software to add the opposite sex in the name of finding a partner, get to know each other through chatting, and seduce new people to their own residence (actually MLM's lair) by seduction. In fact, a group of people have been lying in the room for a long time, controlling newcomers to brainwash them in class, defrauding them of money (MLM organizations call it admission fees) and joining MLM organizations.

3. Publish recruitment information online. Most of the information is that the salary is good, including food and shelter. Bring your luggage to the interview site on the day of application. These interview places are not the location of the company, but renting a house or arriving at the appointed place, and there is a shuttle bus. When the applicant enters the interview room or is picked up by a special car, he is controlled, and the newcomers join the MLM organization in various ways of intimidation and inducement.

In view of the above situation, I suggest three points:

1. When someone you know or once knew suddenly invites you to play in a different place after a long time of no contact, if you don't have absolute confidence and trust, don't go easily. It is very likely that the other party will want to pull you into the MLM organization after being brainwashed.

2. Make friends or make online love through the Internet. If you are not absolutely sure, don't go to the appointment easily. Even for an appointment, you can't go to the other party's residence. People who are really looking for someone are usually reserved when they meet for the first time, and will not openly invite or allow you to go to each other's residence. Otherwise, it is likely that MLM personnel will trick new people into joining the MLM organization in the name of finding someone.

3. Without verifying the source of online recruitment information, you must not go to the place where the company is not, let alone take your luggage to the agreed place and take the recruiter's car to interview, because the company with unknown recruitment information may not exist at all, but the MLM organization uses the guise of recruitment to trick new people into joining the MLM organization.
