How to be a good counselor in quality education base

The recruitment procedure is as follows:

1, individual registration

Download and fill in the Application Form for Recruiting Research-oriented Instructors in Changsha Demonstration Comprehensive Practice Base or the Application Form for Recruiting Instructors in Changsha Demonstration Comprehensive Practice Base, and send the application form, personal profile and related certification materials to the designated mailbox before July 30, with the subject of the email in the format of "name+position". After the materials pass the preliminary examination, the base will call the candidates to enter the next recruitment process.

Step 2 organize an interview

The base will set up a recruitment interview team for research tutors and instructors, and organize interviews for candidates in early August. The interview content is: 1 minute self-introduction, 5-minute segment teaching or talent show. According to the principle of merit-based admission, determine the list of research instructors and instructors to be employed.

Step 3 sign a contract

The list of teachers to be hired and instructors is finally determined after examination and approval by the Education Bureau. After employment, the base will sign labor contracts with employees.
