Jieyang No.3 Middle School is a newly-built high school, so it should have little contact with Pandong Middle School. The school is located on the west side of Yangmei International Hotel in Pandong Town, Dongshan District. The school covers an area of 168 mu, with a planned construction area of more than 70,000 square meters.

The teaching area covers an area of 58 mu, with 3 teaching buildings and 90 ordinary classrooms. There are 1 laboratory building and 30 physical and chemical laboratories. Library 1 building, administrative audio-visual education building 1 building, department office 1 building, and lecture hall 2 buildings.

The living area covers an area of 46 mu, with dining hall 1 room and an area of 7,200 square meters. There are 7 dormitory buildings, which can accommodate more than 5,000 beds.

The sports area covers an area of 64 mu, and it is planned to build 1 art sports building and 1 comprehensive sports ground.

It is planned to enroll 770 students this year.
