Judging from the current market situation, only the production of circuit electrode polysilicon is the way out for polysilicon plants.

Even the Huangpu Military Academy-Emei Semiconductor Material Factory, which produces polysilicon, now produces relatively garbage polysilicon, mostly solar-grade polysilicon, especially the locally melted raw material polysilicon, which depends on imports. Can other polysilicon plants produce good polysilicon? The answer is yes and no! ! !

I have two suggestions below.

One: Never mind the single crystal, zone melting single crystal is better than Czochralski single crystal.

Second, if you insist on making polysilicon, go to Emei Semiconductor Material Factory or Luoyang Zhongsi, and there is a rising star Leshan Guangxin Silicon Industry, which has a bright future.

In a word, if you want to get ahead in polysilicon industry, you have to work in a foreign company and then go back to China as an expert, because China's technology is far behind foreign countries.
