I. Application conditions

1. Have good ideological and political quality, strong professionalism, sense of responsibility and pioneering spirit, democratic style, decent person and rigorous style of study;

2. Familiar with the laws of higher education, with management knowledge and the ability to organize and coordinate leadership positions;

3. Have a doctorate and professorship, have high academic attainments, have made important achievements recognized by peers in teaching and scientific research, and have important academic influence in this field;

4. Good health, generally no more than 50 years old, and the age of personnel who have held major management positions in institutions of higher learning and research institutes is relaxed to 53 years old;

5. Require full-time work.

Two. Work objectives (specific objectives are subject to the signed agreement)

1. Pay attention to the construction of the college leadership, strive to build an advanced college management model, unite and lead the teachers and students of the whole hospital to promote the rapid and healthy development of various undertakings;

2. Promote the discipline construction, improve the research ability and level of the college, and obviously improve the academic level of the discipline;

III. Application Procedures and Methods

1. Submit.

(1) Fill in the Open Recruitment Registration Form for the Dean of the School of Foreign Languages of Changsha University of Science and Technology (see annex).

(2) A copy of my resume and valid identification (scanned copy).

(3) Copy of academic degree certificate and professional and technical post certificate (scanned copy). To obtain a degree abroad, a copy (scanned copy) of the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education shall be submitted.

(4) representative papers (more than 5 articles) and copies of magazine covers and catalogues (scanned copies).

(5) Other materials that can fully reflect my academic level.

(6) Planning ideas for the positions to be applied for.

2. merit-based evaluation. Candidates will attend the interview according to the time, place and method notified by the school, and the school will organize a special team to assess the candidates.

3. Formal employment. After passing the examination, a preliminary candidate will be put forward, which will be studied and determined by the school party Committee meeting, and the two sides will sign a post employment contract through consultation.
