(1) Registration and qualification examination

3. Application materials: ① Application Form for Open Recruiters in Public Institutions in Zhuhai (Annex 2); (2) ID card, education, degree certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, annual assessment certificate, work experience certificate, etc. ; ③ Two one-inch color photos (1 posted on the application form, and the other 1 for standby);

4. Qualification examination. According to the application materials for qualification examination, determine the candidates for each position. The list of candidates for each post and the Admission Ticket will be published on the portal of the Municipal Meteorological Bureau (www.zhmb.gov.cn) within 3 working days after registration.

5. Precautions. ① The examination can only be started when the ratio of the number of applicants for post A to the number of qualified applicants reaches 1:3; Otherwise, cancel the job recruitment or reduce the recruitment plan; When candidates receive the admission ticket, they need to bring the original registration materials for inspection.

(2) Examination

Those who apply for post A take the written test+interview method, which mainly tests public basic knowledge, meteorological professional knowledge, comprehensive quality and post required ability. The calculation formula of the score is: the total score of the test = the written test score ×50%+ the interview score ×50% (the score is rounded off, and 1 decimal place is reserved). Candidates for post B are interviewed, and the interview result is the total score of the exam.

After the written test, according to the scores of qualified candidates in the written test, the shortlisted candidates for each position are determined according to the ratio of 1:3. Less than 1:3, according to the actual number of people who meet the interview conditions.

Within 5 working days after the end of the written test, the written test scores of candidates, shortlisted interviewers for each position and interview notices will be announced on the portal website of the Municipal Meteorological Bureau.

2. Interview (full score 100, qualified line 60 points). Take the form of defense, score on the spot, and announce the interview results on the spot.

After the examination, calculate the total score of candidates, rank them according to the total score of qualified candidates, and determine the candidates for physical examination and inspection of each position according to the number of job recruiters.

The total score of the examination, the physical examination of each post and the list of inspectors will be announced on the portal website of the Municipal Meteorological Bureau within 2 working days after the interview.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

The physical examination was conducted in a public hospital above Grade 3A in Zhuhai, specifically in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (for Trial Implementation) (the time will be notified separately, and the candidates will take care of themselves).

After the physical examination, those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial).

(four) to determine the proposed personnel and publicity.

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates. The list of candidates will be publicized on the portal website of the Municipal Meteorological Bureau for 7 working days.

(5) Handling employment procedures.

After the expiration of the publicity period, the recruitment results shall be reported to the competent department for confirmation, and personnel transfer or graduate recruitment procedures shall be handled.
