In order to meet the needs of the development of primary and secondary education in our county, with the consent of the county party committee and the county government, according to the spirit of the document "Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel in Lianyungang Public Institutions" (William Ban Fa [2012] No.75), we openly recruit 159 primary and secondary school teachers with financial allocations for the society. Second, the scope of registration

Not more than 35 years old (born after July 1979, 1 day), full-time college degree or above in ordinary universities (college degree is limited to household registration in this city).

Third, the recruitment conditions

(a) support the party's line, principles and policies, ideological progress, good conduct, good health, good teacher quality and professional ethics.

(two) to apply for the post of primary school teacher, you must have a full-time college degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities, and have a primary school degree or above.

(three) to apply for kindergarten teachers, you must have a full-time college degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities, and have pre-school education and above teacher qualifications.

(4) Requirements for applying for positions: those who meet the registration requirements can only apply for positions consistent with their majors or professional development directions, and the teacher qualification major should be consistent with the post professional requirements; Kindergarten teachers can be relaxed to major in Chinese, Chinese language, art, music and physical education. Each person is limited to one post.

(5) Persons who have not been released from disciplinary action or are undergoing disciplinary review, persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are suspected of violating laws and crimes are under investigation, and those who are not allowed to apply for relevant positions in public institutions as otherwise stipulated by the state and the province may not apply.

Four. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification examination

4. Fees: written examination fee 100 yuan/person, and interview fee 100 yuan/person for candidates who participate in the interview according to regulations. Candidates from urban families who enjoy subsistence allowances and those from rural absolutely poor families are exempt from examination fees. At the time of registration, the urban family applicant who enjoys the national minimum living guarantee shall provide the certificate of enjoying the minimum living guarantee and low living guarantee issued by the county-level civil affairs department (copy); Applicants from rural absolutely poor families provide poverty certificates issued by the county poverty alleviation department and file cards (photocopies) of the basic situation of poor families.

5. 7. If the number of applicants and the number of recruitment positions are less than 3: 1, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced. The number of posts to be cut is adjusted according to the use of Chinese and math subjects in primary schools. The shortage of majors and disciplines can be appropriately reduced with the approval of the higher-level open recruitment comprehensive management department, and publicized before the exam.

(B) Examination content and methods

The examination is divided into two steps: written examination and interview.

1, written test

The written test adopts the closed-book answer method, and all the papers are 100%, which is graded uniformly.

The written test content consists of public knowledge (20 points) and subject-specific knowledge (80 points). Public knowledge is the knowledge content of basic education theories such as pedagogy and psychology.

Step 2 interview

According to the ratio of 2: 1 between the number of people interviewed and the number of people recruited, the list of people who entered the interview was determined according to the written test scores from high to low. If the score is lower than 2: 1, the written test score must be qualified (above 60 points).

Candidates who have been shortlisted for interview should re-examine their qualifications. Those who do not meet the job requirements stipulated in the recruitment announcement, do not fill in the registration information truthfully, do not provide valid certificates or practice fraud will be disqualified from the interview and will be replenished from high score to low score among the written examiners who apply for the same position.

The interview content mainly examines his basic qualities as a qualified teacher, especially his language expression ability and his ability to control classroom teaching. The interview results are in the form of 100 points and lectures. If 60 points are qualified, those who fail will not be hired. Music, physical education, fine arts, information technology and kindergarten teachers were tested for their professional skills, and the professional skills test and lecture scores each accounted for 50% of the interview results.

Candidates will be informed of the interview results in writing on the spot.

3, the total score calculation method

Total score = written test ×50%+ interview ×50%, in which the total score of music, physical education and beauty subjects = written test ×40%+ interview ×60%. The total score is accurate to two decimal places. If there is a tie, the written test scores are sorted from high to low.

4. Publish the results

The written test results will be announced within 5 working days after the written test, and the total results will be announced within 5 working days after the interview.

(3) Physical examination

1, according to the total score of candidates from high to low, and according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1, the physical examination object is determined.

2. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standard for teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province. When there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination or voluntary abandonment, it will be replenished according to the total score of the same position from high score to low score.

(4) investigation and publicity

Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected and audited, and those who pass the inspection and audit will be publicized on Ganyu Education Network () for 7 working days.
