What is the last job you want to do?

A job with less money and more work is the last thing I want to do.

The word "thing" means pressure from all sides, such as: because wages are not paid on time, there is no money when you want to use money, resulting in life pressure; I need to try my best to remind my boss that it's time to pay, which makes me worry about the psychological pressure of my boss to make me work hard. The sluggish business operation keeps my salary tight, causing my mental stress and so on.

First of all, the market situation of some jobs is that there is little money, which we absolutely need to know when interviewing. I have changed a lot of jobs and done jobs with less money. Some people think that college students should not pull a long face to do the work of serving people, but I once pulled a long face to sell scrap metal, milk tea, take-away, and worked as an apprentice barber. What I remember best is that when I just graduated, as a student majoring in advertising design and production, I interviewed a waiter in a hotel. I was bullied the first time I went to training. The trainer asked us to hold the tray in one hand and the bricks in the other. At that time, he gave me another piece, and that kind of look would kill me. When he added the third piece, I put my other hand directly to hold the tray. Although this is inevitable in the workplace, some people want to show off their power to people who are not used to it, but this is "more things." Everyone held up a brick, but they gave me three. Is my salary higher than others? How much can a waiter get? At that time, I changed from wanting to do it to not wanting to.

Secondly, if you work with less money, you will hold back when you get paid, because you are afraid that you will run away when you get paid. It is true that in our actual work and life, some people leave without saying goodbye. The boss is afraid that you will run away, which is a sign of "too many things". I have a job with so little money and I have to work under the pressure of "I can't run". Who wants to do it? I used to work in a factory, and the big factory was under the management of the Social Security Bureau, so there are clear regulations on entry and exit, and I can freely choose to terminate the labor relationship within the prescribed scope. If those jobs with less money can be done, I want to do it, but I don't want to do it because of the suppressed salary.

Finally, in the eyes of some bosses, no matter how little money, business operations are also low, and they intend to squeeze labor costs. I wanted to earn a little money by doing odd jobs. Do you want to share your business risks with you? In fact, if there is a business problem and I can't afford to hire a coolie, it is acceptable to pay me off. If you can't manage it, it's nothing if you want to give advice on employees' salaries. Sometimes, when I see that my boss is having a bad life, I take the initiative to resign, but I still have to settle my salary. It is impossible to think that "no one will work when people leave", and it is impossible to delay the salary of employees in order to keep this person. There are too many things I don't want to do.

To sum up, less money is not a problem, and the job with less money and more work is the last thing I want to do.
